General product information

If a package is ordered for the first time, TecAlliance provides the customer with a 14-day trial period when paying with credit card. During the trial period, the customer can cancel the package at any time without providing any reason and gets the money back.
Our platform hosts a vast network of over 280 suppliers and exceeds 30,000 active buyers, facilitating over 781 million transactions annually.

Features of Basic Package in Detail

Transaction Monitoring

This feature shows all inbound and outbound transaction messages on our platform, regardless of the source (TecCom Portal, WebService, ERP, etc). Use this to keep track of everything happening on our platform, and to find information about any errors during a transaction process. This feature is available for both buyers and suppliers on the TecCom platform.

 

Unavailability and other disruptions to supplier systems caused around 70.000 messages from buyers to not be delivered to suppliers (despite all countermeasures!) in the past 6 months. (Source: TecCom Portal, 2020)

Detailed Transaction Reports

This feature provides a detailed view of all your inquiries and express orders. Stay on top or your transactions any time and easily track progress in case of complications.

Unavailability Report

When you as a buyer send an express order or an inquiry, the unavailability report will show you the difference between the requested quantities of an article and the confirmed quantities. This feature is available for both buyers and suppliers on the TecCom platform.

 

On average, 9% of all express orders included at least one item with an incompletely confirmed quantity (lost sales), while 49% of all inquiries could not be fulfilled. (Source: TecCom Portal, 2020)

Daily Report

On a daily basis, you will be informed by email about the quality for all the transactions of the previous day. The emails can be set up directly with our support team. This feature is available for both buyers and suppliers on the TecCom platform.

Email-2-Order

Email-2-Order offers the possibility to automate the sending of asynchronous orders via Email attachment e. g. in CSV, Excel, or TXML5 format to TecCom Platform. You receive an email notification or can check the status in TecCom Portal Monitoring after TecCom has processed, converted, and sent out the order message to your supplier.
